Trevor is sweet, loving, caring individual, he goes out of his way with his positive attitude and thoughts to help all his clients and none clients, I'm not "YET" a client of his, but he motivates me every morning, I've worked out at two different gyms where his been a trainer, nothing but positivity comes out of this humble guy....

I had never been the athletic type and me and my wife were looking to start excering but we didn't know where to start. We tried different workouts but the motivation wasn't there. Finally, we decided to look into personal trainers and Trevor was the first one to respond to us, literally within a few minutes. When we met with him we really liked his outlook on fitness and making lifestyle changes. We immediately noticed changes in our bodies and energy after working out with him. Not only does he motivate us to work out but he accommodates us and works at our individual pace while still giving us a challenge. I never thought I would like working with a trainer. I'm so thankful that my path crossed w/ Trevor...he's supportive, incredibly attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Trevor is not only a great trainer but someone whose energy can turn a regular workout into a really great time. He is very easy going, good hearted person with a great attitude and great conversation which makes every training session a good one. I've been working out with Trevor since last October, and shortly thereafter I found out I was pregnant. He had specific workouts planned for me and modified those as my pregnancy progressed. He paid a lot of attention to my form and how I was feeling during each exercise, and modified those that were too difficult (he noticed that cardio gave me a burst of energy while any overhead exercises made me feel dizzy). He even did his own research as to what exercises are safe and effective during pregnancy and wrote those into my program. As I got bigger and was less able to move freely without pain or becoming tired quickly he continued to adjust my workouts according to my ability. Now at 7 months pregnant I can still walk into the gym and know that I am going to get a safe and effective workout that won't be too strenuous for me. Most importantly the workouts change every time I go so it never gets boring.He also does some light massage/stretching/foam rolling to work out kinks in his clients' muscles. Since I have gotten bigger and have begun experiencing sciatic nerve pain this has truly been a godsend. As far as my results go, it's difficult to measure that when your body is growing every day. I can report that I am on track to gain a healthy amount of weight which I attribute to remaining active. I feel like I am stronger and leaner in my legs and arms. I plan to continue with our workouts for as long as my body and my doctor will let me.Trevor trains in a private gym that is only open to trainers and their clients. The gym is always very clean, organized, and has everything one could need for pretty much any type of workout. I really like the atmosphere there and it adds to the awesome experience.I'm so glad I found Trevor! If you are thinking about getting in shape, give Trev a call!! When working with a personal trainer, two things are important to me: personality and the variety of workouts. If you don't get along with your trainer, the last thing you're going to want to do is push yourself through one more rep. On top of that, if you don't have variety, you're going to get bored very quickly. Trevor has a great personality. He pushes you to get out of your comfort zone and you feel that he is committed to your progress, leading you to feel awesome when you have accomplished something you didn't think you could.
