I don't even know where to begin! Tretheway Media took our breath away with the wedding video they produced for us. I had sent a very short, honestly extremely generalized, list of moments I wanted captured at the wedding; he took that list and met every point and then added to it. His creative eye is unlike any other I had seen online and we are so happy we went with this company. The day of the wedding he was everywhere and nowhere. We never felt like we were being taped. I cannot say enough great things about Shane, Kaley and Travis. They did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations. They were so responsive to my emails, calls and texts from the very beginning. I asked a million questions and they never made me feel like a bother. We had a detailed itinerary made about 5 days before the wedding and it had to be changed the day of (at no fault of theirs) and they were completely flexible about it. My two month old daughter was apart of the wedding and pictures and Kaley was so great with her. They captured everything we wanted and even reminded me about taking a few photos that I told them I wanted, but forgot about in the moment. I'm not one to normally write reviews but I can't recommend Shane enough. From start to finish, Shane was professional, friendly, organized, laid back and prompt. It's obvious that he genuinely cares about his clients and that he truly understands the kind of content couples are looking for in a wedding video. He captured special moments with special people perfectly and everything about our video turned out better than we could have hoped for. Shane and his team were so amazing! Before our wedding he was available to talk via phone and text to make sure we got picture of everything we wanted. He was really personable and hands on which was amazing. On our special day they made us feel so incredible. They were chill yet determined to get great pictures and had some awesome ideas.
