Tree Frog worked exceptionally hard on my daughter's house at the end of a tenancy. They were badly delayed in traffic but stayed late until the job was done.

Very good communication when booking. asking a good level of detail to ensure everything was covered that needed to be.
they cleaned our carpets and oven at a discounted price for our end of tenancy. We did also get a further £10 off due to them leaving some mess which normally wouldn't happen but the owner and main cleaner is off duty due to being 6 months pregnant, but she was more than obliging.
Also offered to come back to clean for free after our Landlord requested further cleaning after inventory clerk left unnecessary review of extractor hood.
they weren't 100% perfect but very good to deal with and did in my opinion a decent job.
