Spent a few nights in faithlegg ....decided to ring and check availability for some treatments spoke to Jacqueline who was very pleasant and helpful "thank you" . ....turned up for treatments sceptical as I normally find spa treatments in hotels rarely satisfactory.... But not in estuary I was more than pleasantly surprised .....I asked for strong pressure which I got and was so good I didn't want it to stop....minutes into my treatment I knew Jackie was good at her job...then it was facial time which Jackie showed her gentle side it was amazing ..thank you Jackiie ...I'll definitely be back!! Beautiful building lovely food, very friendly and helpful staff everywhere; reception, restaurant, the spa and accommodation. Great to know there's a playground for next time when we will bring our son. The walking routes around the area are great too, and it's no distance at all to the city. Had an amazing stay here with my partner. From moment you land on the grounds it’s amazing well looked after.

We had the Lady Olivia Suite room was 100% even Down to the room service.

The staff was very nice and helpful. What I really loved was the restaurant they made sure to treat the lady very well from pulling out her seat and taken her order first all them little touches made it feel amazing.

Everything from the pool and spa was just outstanding

Our stay in Faithlegg was a wonderful experience , especially as it was our wedding anniversary..the hotel is in a beautiful setting which set the tone for our visit. .we enjoyed a sumptuous afternoon tea and dinner was top class..we were very impressed with our garden view bedroom..the staff were so welcoming , friendly and helpful and we will definitely return to this gorgeous haven More...

Just back from this lovely hotel .We had a really relaxing time the food was fab .The staff friendly enjoyed the walks around the grounds . relaxed in the large jacuzzi good size pool .fell into the lovely comfy bed an slept like a baby really quiet .an finally thanks to the trendy young man on reception dark hair an beard for the recommendation of woodstown strand fabulous shellfilled beach empty on a sunnyday .We will be back More...

Just back from a wonderful 2 nite stay for our wedding anniversary, from start to finish it was an amazing experience, the rooms are so nice with an amazing shower and the comfiest bed ever, the food was amazing and the afternoon tea to die for, the best thing about the whole stay was the staff who were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay, I would highly recommend a stay here.

Just back today from a 2 night stay in this hotel. After a very stressful & tiring couple of weeks I was really looking forward to switching off and having some much needed me time. To say the hotel met our expectations would be an understatement. From the lovely friendly greeting at reception, to our lovely room and all the staff being so friendly and helpful it was more than expected. Tracy the customer service manager was extremely friendly and helpful and offer some good suggestion when we had a slight problem with our room. I also treated myself to some treatments in your spa, David my therapist was fantastic. I felt so relaxed & pamper after the coupe of hours I practically floated back to our room. It's almost 7 years since we have stayed here last, there has been some great improvements in that time, and I can safely say it will not be that long till we come back again. More...

Almost 6 years since we got married here.
We returned today plus two kids now! & with my mother in law and I can only say the service was first class. We had dinner in the restaurant which was top class and have to compliment Pawal who we actually remembered from our wedding day. Lovely hotel with lots of charm, but needs up its ante, we ordered three different coffees, ended up with only one of the coffees ordered and the milk jug & cup both chipped. There was only a few people ordering drinks from the bar so not busy, you would think they know a Mocha ended up with an Expresso, ordered a Cappuccino ended up with an Americano. Ordered a pot of tea for two people later ended up with a pot of tea for one, we decided enough was enough, head out somewhere else. More...

Spent an overnight with Friends July 29th. Hotel was busy due to wedding. Check in was seamless and the gentleman was very polite and efficient. Had lunch in club house as we wanted to watch match... wedding party were having bbq but this didn't impact on us at all. Dinner was very tasty in thM nain restaurant. Music in bar that evening was mellow... children around due to wedding, didn't trouble me but could see some guests felt overwhelmed by wedding party. Men played golf which they enjoyed and us ladies had a treatment... fantastic haven, my girl Machela (spelling probably incorrect) very relaxing experience, chatty, positive wonderful hour. Hotel also accommadated my friend who was unwell by extending her room departure time by an hour which was very much appreciated. Hotel need to adapt their entrance to facilitate wheelchair/walkers. We were at a wedding here on Saturday last and travelling from Kilkenny. We were allocated a room within minutes of arriving, well before midday. I will have to say that we requested this weeks in advance and true to their word we were in our room before the said time. Staff were very friendly here and helpful. However a few little things did go missing on the day that stressed the bride and groom out. But that was sorted. Room was nice, nothing worth the tariff that is charged. Didn't appreciate the fact that once the band and disco finished staff were in the function room, tearing of table cloths and covers on the chairs and stacking them while guests of the wedding were still there.. It was like here's your coat now get out. The lady that was on breakfast the following morning I found lacked manners to the guests coming into breakfast. She took the room number and then told us in a brash tone to wait in the lobby until you are called, and the Bríde and Groom were spoken to in the same manner. If I can leave this review with one suggestion... That would be to have a table reserved for the bride and groom at breakfast so that they don't have to wait in the lobby with everyone else. After all they have left a substantial sum of money there for their memorable day. More...

We had afternoon tea here today and it was more than satisfactory from start to finish , staff were so welcoming and very friendly nothing was to much of an ask , The Manager Chris was also a delight and made our experience at Faithlegg one to be remembered. If you haven’t tried here yet for either a bite to eat , a drink or afternoon tea I would definitely get booking . I need to start with the friendliness of the bar staff and room service that I encountered ,they where second to none and very friendly,including the club house staff.

The facial located within the hotel spa which uses eminence products was one of the best facials I have ever had and I have been to many spas throughout Ireland and overseas and have to stay it was highly professional and relaxing.

The guest relations where more than accommodating also and understanding of our particular situation in how they handled below.

We booked for two nights and had noise issues on night one, this would be ok for a young couple or family who would be out for the night and back in the rooms near 2am, however not for someone who is pregnant and cannot function without sleep.


Not going into full details we where upgraded free of charge to the beautiful lady Olivia suite on our second night with no hassel,however unluckily it was even louder as with the function on and our individual requirements.


Given all that, they dealt with the situation extremely professionally and I was not going to post a review however given all that happened they have to be comended for how they dealt with it, and hopefully have taken on board my email on being more transparent on events within the hotel, as each guest will vary and we all have our own reasons for going away the main one is, and I would say most will agree and that would be to relax.

So hopefully the next time we book we will be able to find out more openly if the hotel is suitable for our requirements on the given nights. More...
