Travel by Lori

We were recommended by Lori from a friend . Lori was wonderful with responding to our questions and emails immediately. We stayed at the grand palladium in Rivera maya , per Lori's advice . The resort was beautiful but sadly disappointed with the jr. suite and the food .  I would definitely recommend staying at the white sands side as that was much nicer . Planning our trip with Lori was simple, she provided us great pricing and options, but what really made working with Lori worth it was when our airline canceled our flight.  Lori sprang into action, even though she was traveling.  She provided us with alternatives and got us booked with a different airline.  Had it not been for Lori's quick work, we would not have been able to go to the destination we had been dreaming about.  We are now back from an amazing vacation, with awesome new memories! I was referred to Lori by my coworker after having difficulty getting a hold of our previous travel agent. It was the best decision we made when we came to planning our honeymoon! Lori knows about so many resorts and locations for vacations and honeymoons. She was able to recommend good excursions and any extras we may have been interested in based on her other travelers' experiences.As someone who has never flown out of the country and has only done one connecting layover flight before, I was extremely nervous about making it to our honeymoon in St. Lucia. To make my anxiety worse, we had our honeymoon booked during hurricane season, and we were constantly watching the weather. On many occasions, I thought, "it'll be so much easier to cancel and reschedule later," but Lori always assured me that she was keeping an eye out for travel-related issues. Up until the night before, when I was worried about our first flight getting delayed and missing our connection, she still kept reassuring me that we will all be ok and it rarely ever happens.Her reassurance and advice on what to do once we got to the airports and resorts definitely brought my anxiety level down.
