OMG, at first I thought a roof was just a roof but after having mine completely redone by Transition Roofing...I'm just blown away! Let's just say I have the best roof on the block. Feels good to come home to such a beautiful sight. I feel fancy! The estimate and final invoice was exactly what was agreed upon...so NO Tricks or Hidden Fees! Shocking, right? So relieved David and his crew were available to waterproof my 240 sq ft upstairs balcony before the heavy rains last weekend.  After struggling for several weeks to find a reliable roofer I decided to use Thumbtack.  David was the first person to respond and came by to give me a quote the same day.  His quote was fair and he explained everything that needed to be done.  He kept me in the loop during the process and even special ordered the material I needed after hearing my concerns about the impending rain.  He listened to my needs and responded by knocking the job out in one day.  The deck looks great and I am very happy with the results.  I would recommend David and Transition Roofing to anybody, especially if you don't want to get the run around like I did for five weeks between three other roofers.  Wish I had called Transition in the first place.  Thank you! David is such a refreshing option to work with. He talks to you like a normal human being, giving you all the information necessary when deciding who to go with for potential work. For my job I talked to a lot of people before committing, and most of them never called me back. When they did, they weren't very accommodating or way under/over priced which was suspicious. This is the second time I've worked with Transition Roofing and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They were fast (worked on a weekend!), dependable, and fairly priced. More...

My roof was destroyed in one of the past couple hail storms.  David came out and gave me a fair estimate compared to the two other companies I received quotes from and I felt very comfortable with his level of experience.  My roof was completed in the time stated and my yard was perfectly clean compared to my friends that just had their roof repaired.  I don't know much about roofs and I'm not going to get up on the ladder in heels, but I am confident in his work and know if I have any problems he is happy to stand by his work. I am impressed with the quality and professionalism of Transition Roofing, from the first conversation on the phone to the estimate to the implementation of the roof.  David is very experienced and it showed in our conversations.  He really educated us about the kinds of shingles we could get that were in our budget and what was actually different about them.  When we first bought our home many years ago, it had a history of roofing problems so I was determined to do things right, and I think we picked the right company.
