Good security on the doors swimming pools very clean changing rooms also very clean good arrangement of the gym great individual classes water aerobics and a good discount for over 60s always people there to help

Best gym I've ever been to!
SOME of the staff are a little rude and clearly can't be bothered helping anyone with anything.
However, their facilities are well cleaned and useful. More equipment than I ever imagined. Fun fitness classes and... the price of everything is incredible!
