Transform fitness changed my life. In a short space of time I have lost almost 4st, dropped 4 trouser sizes and have gone from being not very active to entering half Marathons. Highly recommend!

Just finished the 6 week weight/fat loss programme with mark. And i can only say it was well worth it. He has helped me lose 24 pound in the 6 weeks. Mark gives you all the training and advice you need to help you achieve your goals. My only advice i can give anyone who wants to do this give it all you have. If you are like me and need some motivation to get started on a healthier lifestyle this is a great programme to get you going. A little bit of pain for long term gain. If you hate exercise, come to this class! It's just for over 30's women with wobbly bits so plenty of camaraderie.Each session is different so no chance of boredom. Mark encourages you to try as hard as you can and keeps you motivated. More...

Joining boot camp has completely Transformed by life ... A year ago I couldn't run up the stairs without getting out of breath . .. Now 3 stone lighter I've completed a 10k obstacle race and joined Parkrun too.. thanks to Mark, exercise is something I love rather than loathe ... Just do it.. It really does work More...

Never thought of using a PT before and initially was daunted by the prospect, however I needed to improve my cardio and overall fitness for climbing Mont Blanc in the Alps earlier this year. Met with Mark once a week at the Warehouse Gym. He worked out a complete nutrition plan and gym schedule for me. In a short space of time I lost fat, gained muscle and seriously improved on my overall fitness. Upshot is... Climbed the highest mountain in Europe with ease, have changed my complete food intake for the better, and now attend the gym regularly still using Marks plans... Would certainly recommend Mark. Cannot believe how much I love Bootcamp. Over 12 months and still up at 6 or 7 three mornings a week. Mark pushes you which we all need. The girls are friendly and we have loads of fun. Best thing I've done. Got Bored with gym, got too wet swimming, to lonely running on my own so Transform fit is fab. Do it you won't regret it. More...

I love going to Bootcamp. I started in May and am completely hooked. Mark and Hilary vary the exercises all the time so you never get bored and push and encourage you to achieve your goals. Everyone is friendly and supportive and I love the atmosphere. Its hard work but also fun. I'm alot fitter than I've ever been. Would recommend anyone comes along and give it a go you'll be glad you did. More...

I have been coming to boot camp since January 2017. It is quite honestly the only exercise I have stuck too and enjoyed since leaving school almost 20 years ago. I absolutely love the fact that each class is different. Mark and Hilary are fantastic at keeping me motivated and the group of ladies who do the classes are brilliant too. I joined this group in January. Being a little older I was very nervous & never in a million years would I have believed I could get so fit & lose so many inches! Mark & Hilary are just well the best instructors I have ever had. All the classes are so different & great fun I actually for the first time in my life look forward to going to class. The ladies that go to the classes are all lovely & make you feel very welcome. Started this just over 6 weeks ago and love it.
Mark and Hilary are brilliant.... no routine the same
Have managed to get into clothes Id outgrown in the 6 weeks and have now signed up for 6 months
I was diagnosed with arthritis in the shoulder, couldnt even sleep on it for 5 minutes now no pain brilliant and can sleep on it all night.
Would highly recommend this so much better than any gym Ive been to .
They both motivate us so much and the other ladies there are lovely.. so friendly
Thank you both for getting me fitter and keeping me motivated
