Transform Fitness Training is a specialist personal training company based in Southport, Merseyside and set up by Southport’s very own fat loss and body transformation specialist, Mark Poole.

Transform Fitness Training was founded on the desire to deliver the very highest level of Personal Training, to ensure that our client’s achieve their dreams.

The concept behind the company is simple, it is not to lose a few pounds, or to increase functional strength, or even to have a ‘healthier lifestyle’, the concept is: TOTAL Body Transformation, and nothing less.

Lets face it, you didn’t click on this page because you want to be healthier, you’re here because you’re not happy with your body and you want to CHANGE!

Our client’s trust us in helping them accomplish their goals in the quickest and safest way possible. And we don’t achieve this by prescribing amazing fat loss pills, or by using ‘wonder equipment’ that will supposedly get you an 8 pack in 2 weeks, like the countless gimmicks that you see on the shopping channels. We do this through a combination of fat blitzing, ‘big movement’ exercises, which are designed to burn the most amount of calories possible, you will even be burning calories for up to 48 hours after a session! Accompanied with and a personalized calorie melting nutritional program including a 10 day ‘metabolic re-calibration’ period .

As you can imagine, transforming your body is not easy, it requires complete dedication towards achieving your goals. It requires a complete change to your lifestyle and habits long term.

If you are not willing to put in 100% effort in, then Transform Fitness Training is not for you; we only take on client’s that are going to try their very best.

However if you are truly motivated towards achieving the body you want, then you will really enjoy this life changing experience and will be left feeling an amazing sense of pride and achievement. (and of course an awesome body!)

You do not need any fitness and or prior exercise experience, just the willpower to change.

Just finished the 6 week weight/fat loss programme with mark. And i can only say it was well worth it. He has helped me lose 24 pound in the 6 weeks. Mark gives you all the training and advice you need to help you achieve your goals. My only advice i can give anyone who wants to do this give it all you have. If you are like me and need some motivation to get started on a healthier lifestyle this is a great programme to get you going. A little bit of pain for long term gain. Good luck to anyone who does this. Its worth it.

If you hate exercise, come to this class! It's just for over 30's women with wobbly bits so plenty of camaraderie.Each session is different so no chance of boredom. Mark encourages you to try as hard as you can and keeps you motivated.

Never thought of using a PT before and initially was daunted by the prospect, however I needed to improve my cardio and overall fitness for climbing Mont Blanc in the Alps earlier this year. Met with Mark once a week at the Warehouse Gym. He worked out a complete nutrition plan and gym schedule for me. In a short space of time I lost fat, gained muscle and seriously improved on my overall fitness. Upshot is... Climbed the highest mountain in Europe with ease, have changed my complete food intake for the better, and now attend the gym regularly still using Marks plans... Would certainly recommend Mark.

Cannot believe how much I love Bootcamp. Over 12 months and still up at 6 or 7 three mornings a week. Mark pushes you which we all need. The girls are friendly and we have loads of fun. Best thing I've done. Got Bored with gym, got too wet swimming, to lonely running on my own so Transform fit is fab. Do it you won't regret it. 😆😆😆😆

I love going to Bootcamp. I started in May and am completely hooked. Mark and Hilary vary the exercises all the time so you never get bored and push and encourage you to achieve your goals. Everyone is friendly and supportive and I love the atmosphere. Its hard work but also fun. I'm alot fitter than I've ever been. Would recommend anyone comes along and give it a go you'll be glad you did.

I have been coming to boot camp since January 2017. It is quite honestly the only exercise I have stuck too and enjoyed since leaving school almost 20 years ago. Mark & Hilary are just well the best instructors I have ever had. All the classes are so different & great fun I actually for the first time in my life look forward to going to class. Started this just over 6 weeks ago and love it.
Mark and Hilary are brilliant.... no routine the same
Have managed to get into clothes Id outgrown in the 6 weeks and have now signed up for 6 months
I was diagnosed with arthritis in the shoulder, couldnt even sleep on it for 5 minutes now no pain brilliant and can sleep on it all night.
Would highly recommend this so much better than any gym Ive been to .
They both motivate us so much and the other ladies there are lovely.. so friendly
Thank you both for getting me fitter and keeping me motivated
