Having a first hand experience of counselling that made massive changes in our lives and having a genuine care and passion for helping people

We are down to earth, friendly and qualified professionals, we pride ourselves in warmly welcoming our clients who can be anxious seeing a counsellor for the first time, we have counsellors with a wealth of experience of working with various presenting issues within therapy, whether it be with individual clients, families and couples, we have always seen such progress in our short and long term work. We are affordable and community focused, everything we do is driven by our passion to support our community.
