Lovely, friendly, staff. Very knowledgable about all products and treatments available. A lovely, calm , bright treatment room which felt very relaxing. Absolutely love coming here! The therapists are always so friendly and very professional. I've seen a few comments about the pricing but you really do get what you pay for. There's also so many little details that make the experience special! It's surprising how calm and relaxing it is in such a busy Shopping Centre!

I came here on Monday to treat myself to a massage. I was a little dubious when I booked over the phone as I couldn't imagine being able to relax in the middle of Merry Hill centre. As soon as I walked upstairs it felt just like a normal spa in the middle of nowhere! The staff were all lovely and polite. A lovely girl called Leah gave me my massage and it was honestly the best one I've ever had. She really listened to what I needed and I have felt so much more relaxed since. I've been having rather bad back and knee problems recently and my girlfriend said I should try a massage to help relieve the pain and to help destress due to the nature of my
Job, she recommended this spa as she works
Opposite and is a frequent visitor. Never done anything like this before so was a bit apprehensive by thought I'll give it a go. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a smile and a very polite staff member who managed to get me booked in that same day.

When I returned for my appointment was again greeted by a polite staff member. Still felt out my comfort zone but carried on. Was then met by Laura who said she would be looking after me, she was very patient and very informative and made the experience as relaxed as possible. The massage was just what the doctor ordered, and did indeed help me destress.

As I said never done anything like this before but will very much be returning as the whole process from booking my appointment to the friendly goodbye I felt looked after and treated by professionals. Please if possible pass on my highest praises to Laura and all the staff there as I shall be returning in the near future.

I had my first ever facial today, it was incredible, I wasn’t sure what to expect going in and I was little nervous, however I was put at ease straight away and was told what will happen etc.

Within minutes of my treatment I felt the most relaxed I’d felt in a long time, everything was perfect and I actually felt I was on holiday..... that’s how relaxed I felt.

Been coming here about 2 years now for a leg and back massage once a month. Used to suffer with aching legs (playing to much golf i think )but now much improved and would recommend tranquil spa for great treatment and lovely people.
