Personal Trainers

I’ve trained with Vinny for almost two years and cannot stress how highly I recommend him as a PT. He is an expert in the field who is passionate about personal fitness and strength training. I’ve never achieved the level of fitness going to the gym as I have working out with Vinny, he ensures the program is varied and tailored to my goals and strength.
On top of that, he’s very funny and a great conversationalist so I really enjoy out workouts.

Personal Trainers

I have been training with Vinny for nearly 8 months after bariatric surgery which unfortunately was followed by complications and other health issues. Even through the struggles with protein consumption, sickness and post operative limitations on training I have lost all of my excess body fat and have stabilized at my ideal weight. I have toned so much so that my excess skin is very minimal and barely noticeable in most places. Not only has he prevented muscle wastage but increased my muscle mass to a very healthy amount which we continue to work on. All in all I am extremely happy with the results and very greatfull to have such a knowledgeable trainer in my corner who can and has adapted to the multitudes of changing limitations to my training and always improved my health and fitness. Vinny was awesome, tailored the plan to my needs; gave me great advice on nutrition. No two sessions were ever the same which kept it interesting and fun. I have been training with Vinny for almost a year now. He is a great personal trainer as he is diligent and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition but he is also a very positive and fun person to be around.
