Currently using Josh as my strength and conditioning coach his sessions with me are specifically on sports performance and I have already seen improvements in my game since using him! Highly recommend
Training with him today was excellent as I was hoping it would be, it was very well planned ,a lot of variety in the exercises done and just generally speaking quite friendly.

I first heard of josh through recommendation of his circuit sessions! I attended a session and was hooked, his sessions were hard but rewarding (with belting tunes to help you get through it) ... I attended his sessions once a week (twice a week if I could) and was soon noticing my body changing shape! I signed up for a number of 1 to 1 pt sessions where we focused on toning .... Where do I start! Firstly apologies that it's taken me so long to post this. Josh met me at a pretty dark time in my life. I had zero confidence and felt pretty crappy about myself most of the time. I only got the pleasure of training with josh for a short while due to travel and work commitments but my time with him was a total game changer. He motivated, inspired and more importantly believed in me. My confidence grew from just a few sessions and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a trainer to work with Josh. I met Josh on the Pure Loser course at Pure Gym on Barrow Road and it has been a joy working with him to reach my target weight. At first I was a bit sceptical as I thought what could he offer that was different to the other personal trainers but I soon took my words back. The number of different workouts that he devised on the course kept me motivated and interested which is important to me. He gave excellent advice regarding nutrition by encouraging me to eat little and often and tips on how to fit healthy eating into my very busy lifestyle. I have noticed a big difference in my stamina and energy. I feel both physically and mentally prepared for my charity trek of 50K (31 miles) in June. More...
This boy is something else! At 25 1/2 stone I had nowhere to turn and by chance ran into him at my local gym (I was in the bar) Josh gave me lots of advice and was not pushy at all with his sessions, in fact I was chasing him when I was ready to step up. His Circuits classes, encouragement & pure inspiration helped me reach my goal and I'm so happy and honoured to say 14 stone later now at 11 1/2 stone Josh has improved not only my life, but all those around me too. I owe so much to this young man and thank you from the bottom of my heart
