I trained with Jermayne for around six months. I can honestly say I have never meet a transformation coach or PT who has such attention to detail and passion for his job. It was more than just your usual experience. At the same time as starting with Jermayne I had taken a new job as an operations manager of a big firm in london. Jermayne helped me gain self confidence and positivity that I needed to fulfill my new role within this company. The results achieved with Jermayne were amazing.... from 18.5 stone down to 15 stone and this was without compromise of muscle mass. It was the best I have ever felt within myself...ever. My body fat reduced significantly and the main difference....im still training today. My lifestyle has changed, my outlook has changed and most importantly the way I see myself has changed. Jermayne is such a positive guy and a pleasure to train with. But don't let that fool you, he will work you hard but in a way that never becomes old so each session is fresh yet challenging. I have been to Jermayne’s Encore classes and had personal training sessions with him, and his knowledge is second to none. He is incredibly passionate about fitness and health as a way of life, and this comes across in his training sessions, and in his attitude. How do I approach personal training in Brighton and Hove?

Plan of Action
I will review your exercise history; diet and lifestyle, then create a transformation plan designed specifically for you. My transformation plans cover physical training, as well as nutrition and supplementation.

Transformation Phase
Time to work your plan. I will work with you every step of the way; through the hard work, the ups and downs, as well as the highs and lows. I will help keep you on track and along with your determination and commitment, I will support you with my expert knowledge and the motivation when you need it.

Long-lasting Results
During your transformation phase, you will learn a lot about yourself. So will I, and I will use that information to create a maintenance plan. This plan will help you to ensure that the changes you’ve made are long-lasting; that you’ll hold onto your results.
