Covering this at the beginning of the relationship with the clients sets them off on the right foot first and means that all the hard work they put in actually training with us won't be wasted.
We track the clients weight, bodyfat, circumferences, heart rate, blood pressure and VO2 max over time with our completely bespoke online system to allow they to see how far they have come since they began working with us.

What inspired you to start your own business?
We strongly believe at Train Learn Go that the only way to be truly happy is to do something that helps other people. There are thousands of different jobs you can do out there but how many of them actually benefit a large number of people, not many.
Fitness and nutrition is something that is incredibly important for every single person alive and there are many things that you simply don't get taught in school.
We found our niche market by filling in the gap and providing that drive for people that have dreams but just can't seem to get there.
