We wanted to send a review/feedback of your stay with the boys. We are extremely concerned and disappointed that you left the dogs for such a long time on numerous occasions and sometimes for prolonged periods numerous times a day. We agreed a maximum of 4 hours for the dogs to be left, and we were under the understanding this would be worse case scenario, it wouldn’t happen numerous times and certainly not numerous times a day. I’m also quite annoyed that your parents came to my house numerous times. We hired you and vetted you to be in my house alone and with our boys not someone else. If i had met her and this would have been agreed it would not have been a problem, but from our point of view, a complete stranger is in my house unattended when I’m not even in the country. And as for the accident, the boys do not have accidents ever in the house unless they are unwell or unattended to. And this again leaves us to believe that you have neglected them during your stay. Regretfully, we will not be recommending your service and we feel our trust was very much broken. More...

Beth has looked after our dog Gus for nearly a year. Gus loves Beth and he is always super excited to see her. Whilst Gus was a pup she helped us out a lot visiting him multiple times if for whatever reason we needed to leave him for a few hours. She has also provided us with walking services when we have struggled to get him out due to work commitments. Beth always texts to let me know Gus is well and provides updates as and when needed. She has always been flexible trying to help us out when we have had an unforeseen need to be out of the house for the day. We totally trust her with the keys to our house and with Gus. Beth is outstanding, our dog Luna is regularly walked as we work full time and don’t want to leave her for too long alone in the house - we have 2-3 walks by Trails & Treats per week and on one occasion pet sitting for a week (which included caring for our cat). What do you love most about your job?
The fact that it's my own family business so I have my own vehicle too which I love and the different breeds of dogs I come across, either to walk or keep company whilst their owners are away. I have grown up with dogs in the house and I have always enjoyed walking outside in the countryside with them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Suggestions by a few relatives and been able to choose my own hours, be my own boss, have my own business - something that I enjoy doing i.e walking, looking after dogs and meeting other people who love their pets as much as I do. Completed courses online - pet first aid, animal psychology, dog walking & pet sitting diploma.
Why should our clients choose you?
Dogs are our life! We're a very, caring, trustworthy family business. Love every second of everyday with our dog(s) and your pooches would get the same, kind treatment in our care in their own environment. Can provide cat or small animal care as well - we won't turn you away if you need someone to do a few home visits to feed them etc. 100% flexibility. Fully insured. Pro pet first aid and Prevent Covid-19 certificates.
Dog Walking
Offer daily walks on a regular basis or as and when you need it.
Provide group walks which is great for socialisation, or solo walks depending on their requirements.
Please let us know either way and we will do our best to accommodate your pooch when checking our availability.
Home Visits
Home visits can be used to let your puppy or older dog out for garden breaks, play and cuddle time to prevent boredom, feed and clean up the odd little accidents (especially during extreme weather conditions; heavy rain / snow storms, high temperatures).
Not just canines - other pets can be accommodated. (Cats, small animals, fish...)
Pet House Sitting
Provide pet house sitting (live in) service.
We look after your pets in their own home so they feel safe and content in their own environment whilst you are away due to work commitments or on holiday.
