Good, stayed one night. Very convenient for Salford Quays and Old Trafford. Staff very accommodating.

Staff absolutely brilliant.especially the manager mac.such a cracker and what a laugh.treated us with respect..cannot do enough to help you. the building is fantastic.the rooms are being modernised as we speak so for gods sake give these guys a chance to sort it out as they have only just taken over the place.it will be fantastic when its finally finished. Rome wasnt built in a day.
Breakfast spot on as well.rooms were
adequate for what we wanted as a family.
Definately go again.dont forget to try the indian restaurant attached to it either.go and wind ahmed up.hes mint.

Stayed for the murder mystery and disco, yesterday- which were brilliant. Room was spacious, clean and lovely. Food was excellent and drinks had very generous servings. Spent a long, joyous weekend at The Trafford Hall Hotel sampling the delights of local area. Big shout out to Mikey over the road at Morgan's Bar (great pint of Guinness) and my soon to be married Nigerian friend on reception whose name unfortunately escapes me. Celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday. Staff were helpful the evening before we were able to set up. On the day food was ok, staff were good but admin should have been a little professional and resolved the outstanding balance before or after the party not in the middle of it.

Can't say enough nice things about the staff here. Both the reception and the restaurant were so friendly and helpful. We came back from Taylor Swift late and the restaurant made us some food, which we all really appreciated.

The only reason I've put 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room is a bit outdated and needs some general maintenance however, the staff have been absolutely fantastic (the day and night staff), they were so welcoming and helped us out at every opportunity. Definitely 5 star service and hospitality. Also the location is spot on next to a tram line and only 10 minute uber from the center. The hotel even has onsite parking which helps alot. More...

Superb service, nothing was too much trouble. A bit tired in places, but are obviously doing it up. Room was very large and bed extremely comfortable. No hot water when we got there, but maintainence man fixed issue in 10 mins. Breakfast on Sunday was a hot buffet and continental. Monday morning, there was no hot buffet but were asked what we wanted cooked. Would thoroughly recommend, and will book again. More...

Really nice hotel. Some parts are a little run down however staff are amazingly friendly with good local knowledge. Had no problem with us checking in late and even arranged dinner in the restaurant at 10pm. Highly recommended. Free parking.

Price is incredibly reasonable.
Hotel itself is beautiful, grand reception stairway.
Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Room is dated but clean and comfortable
the Smart TV in the room is really good, its large and well placed.

Just returned from having stayed here for 2 nights. We arrived a bit early so I just popped in to ask about the parking. The man on reception Carl was very pleasant and helpful, and said room was ready and we checked in. Over the time we were there I had occasion to visit reception several timfs and always found the staff to be smiling and helpful. It is a very old building and is a bit shabby in places, but the bedding, towels and room were lovely and clean, with a more the average amount of tea and coffee. The breakfast was perfectly fine with staff constantly filling up items. All in all for what we paid I think it was great value for money, and thank all the staff for their helpfulness whilst we were there. We would definately return here. More...

My Partner and I stayed here from 29/09/17 to the 05/10/17 and from start to end all staff were very friendly and chatty, even the cleaners always said Hello. Made us feel very welcome. The room we stayed in was part of the newly development outback, very nice and clean could not fault anything!! Had a lovely meal at the Mumtaz Indian restaurant all staff very friendly. I was actually at the basement restaurant called Mumtaz. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The staff are absolutely superb and the food is amazing. Love this place so much.

Overall enjoyable stay. Simple and affordable. The smart TV was great and the bed was very comfortable. The room itself just needs some touching up - a few loose screws nees fixing in the bathroom. It was moderately clean.

Hotel was basic but clean. Excellent value for money, dinner was lovely and just around the corner from the Victoria Warehouse where we were seeing a concert. Would happily visit again.
