Of all the professionals who have come to do projects and maintenance in our home over the years Traditions is by far the most professional, responsive and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy customers. We recently had our house on the market and a potential buyer requested an evening showing the next day. Despite his full schedule, Phil Sutter adjusted his schedule and spent 7 hours troubleshooting our landscaping lighting to ensure our back yard was looking its best after dusk. No extra charge for this, no frustration at the last minute request. Instead he was more concerned that we had a successful showing and an offer on our house. Great first time experience with professional holiday lighting for our new home. I submitted a quote request online and was contacted the next day by Phil. He came out to the house a few days later to discuss details and take measurements of the house. We received a quote a few days later and were able to accept it and pay online -- so easy!
