I love working with people, meeting new people and helping them improve their health and wellbeing, the same way my teacher did for myself and other instructors at Traditional Chinese Fitness, we want to have a positive influence in the community and help people to reconnect with their mind, body and spirit.
I feel fantastic and joyful, it's my default feeling and i know their are many people chasing after blissful feelings. Most people want to improve their health as they want to be happy and feel good. However, like anything what you put in is what you get out. If whatever you have tried before has'nt worked then try something else, the a reason our ancient practice is here today 3,000 years later and that's simply because it works, and in a nutshell that's what i like about my job. It works to achieve health and wellbeing, balance between the mind and body, feelings of calmness and joy, being able to share this practice with others gives me great joy.

We operate as a registered charity and were established by students who saw a demand for Tai Chi classes in the North London area. Through teaching we also learn. All funds we receive go towards maintaining and facilitating Tai Chi classes in North London. Don't worry if you are outside of this area, most of our instructors are spread out across London and Herfordshire and happy to travel to you or your venue.

Our system is very unique with only a handful of instructors in London you'll be one of the fortunate few who will get to train with us. Our exercise system touches on all aspects of your health and wellbeing. What's most unique about us, i would say our soft approach to training, we understand that a physically hard system of training can usually only be sustained for a short period of time. People then usually give up all together. Learn to train in a softer way, combining breathing with slower graceful movements and you'll be able to train this way for life. Our system is suitable for all ages and we recommend the younger you start the better, it's slow and graceful yet surprisingly an intense workout.
