A great website does three key things:
1) It wins the hearts and minds of your prospective customer. If you fail the first impression, there may not be a 2nd chance!
2) It exceeds expectations and by answering their most burning questions and making it easy for them to take action
3) It helps the business owner win more business in less time, with as little manual effort at possible

1. Describe your business as briefly as possible. Be sure to describe what you do and who you serve.


2. Please provide a full description of your target market or customer profile(s). Be sure to include demographic, geographic, and psychographic information in this/these profiles, along with any other pertinent information.


3. Please describe how you are currently reaching your target audience as well as the results and any areas of concern or success.


4. What are the top three “next steps” you believe to be most critical to your success?


5. Do you have specific marketing problems or challenges you would like us to help solve and if so, what are they?


6. Assuming we were to start a new initiative for you tomorrow, how would you measure success? What results would you want to see from our efforts? Is this the same method you use to evaluate your other initiatives?


7. Do you have an existing budget for new initiatives? If so, how was this number established?

8. What datasheets, brochures, sketches, photographs, related press releases or other documentation about your product/service do you commonly use? Can you provide digital or hard copies?


9. Do you know the average lifetime value of a new customer for your business? If so, what is it and how is that calculated?

After completing our initial interview with the client, we prepare ideas, comps, and/or mood boards designed to address their needs and the needs of their customers. We review the direction and insight we discover with the client to make sure they're comfortable with our approach. Next we implement the perfect solution and meet with the client regularly to track, coach, and to ensure they're getting the results they need.
