The worst. A job that should have taken a day took months. Every time they came they left me with a bad mistake. So many no shows, they didn’t turn up on several days when they were meant to, and no one let me know. They left me with a real mess of a bathroom. Trade Bathrooms Nottingham completed a full bathroom refit for me. The entire process from sales, organisation, building work, through to completion of the project was amazing throughout. The initial free consultation was superb. Darren asked plenty of questions in order to understand how we wanted the bathroom to look and was able to answer any concerns we had fully. It felt more professional than several other free quotations we got at the same time and this was an important factor in choosing Trade Bathrooms Nottingham. The sales process with Reuben was very helpful when we were picking what style units we wanted, with Reuben sending us a catalogue with the items we had discussed labelled to see. We made two changes to the initial suggestions from Reuben and this was nice and straightforward with us recieving an updated quotation the next day based on the changes.

We needed to have a chimney breast removed to make more room as part of the bathroom install and while this isn't something that Trade Bathrooms do themselves Reuben was able to organise this for us and add it into the overall quotation, saving us the hassle of organising multiple different companies.

Darren and the team carrying out the building work were all fantastic. Care was taken to avoid any damage or mess being spread throughout the house as much as possible. Obviously it is impossible to avoid this completely, but I felt that they were taking efforts to minimise this as much as they could.

Darren kept us informed throughout the build of all relevant timescales and areas to take care around, such as drying plaster and sealant etc. Also, it is impossible to avoid completely disruption to your normal routines when having major building work done, but again I felt as though Darren and the team took as much effort as they could to minimise this.

The work itself has been completed to a very high standard and I am more than happy with how everything looks. The only negative is that the bathroom looks so amazing that by comparison it's highlighted to me how scruffy the door and doorframe to the bathroom look! (This wasn't part of the building work)

Trade Bathrooms Nottm ltd did a installation of a new under stairs toilet and upstairs family bathroom. Communicating with the team before the start and to the completion of the work was very open and effective, the stuck to deadlines and delivered a well finished job and at a modest price. great team spirit was shown amongst team member, who were friendly and polite.
