I offer both Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation for Individuals and in the Workplace. I have been working in Newmarket since 2007 and now work from the wonderful Cleveland House on Old Station Road. 1 to 1 sessions can be held in person or via skype.

After having treatment myself with Tracy I booked my mum in for an appointment. My mum had seen many osteopaths over the years and none of them had been able to help her with her hip problem which had prevented her from walking long distances. Tracy was initially recommended to me by a friend when my daughter developed complications with her spine. We have been visiting Tracy on a regular basis for about 18 months for spinal therapy and massage.
I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough. She has gone above and beyond to help alleviate my daughter's pain and back problems.
In addition to this my family booked a private Mindfulness Course which was also excellent and where we all learnt so much!
Tracy is friendly, approachable, knowledgable and professional.

What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting people to make changes in their life. Changes that improve there quality of life, mentally and physically. I would love clients to experience a release of stress and find deep peace, joy and balance in their lives. Something I have found after my regular practice of yoga and meditation. I want to share what I have learnt.
