Tracy cut my hair today for the first time and I’m so pleased with the result! Unfortunately my last salon visit left me disappointed, as my hair was chopped into leaving it with uneven layers, lengths, and shorter than I asked for, which has been very hard to manage. My hair is short in style so there wasn’t much to work on with regard to putting it right, but Tracy worked miracles! The shape has been restored and it looks and feels so much better. Tracy took time to discuss with me exactly what I wanted from today and what I was aiming for once I grew back the desired length. I will definitely be keeping Tracy as my hairdresser. Not only did tracy kindly come out to my house at 7.30am! (For a wedding pin up and make up) but she also did the most amazing job. Tracy came to my house to do my hair, a restyle and balayage colour, she came a few days before my appointment to talk colour and style and to do a patch test which I thought was brilliant service! Tracy is very knowledgeable and listened carefully to what I wanted, adding some great ideas and helpful suggestions. The day of my appointment Tracy couldn't have been more accommodating as I had my 2 year old playing around us. Having her come to my house at a time to suit me was a great service, as a busy working mam with 2 kids and a husband who works away, I've been finding it almost impossible to fit a hair appointment in! I am quite particular about who I let cut my hair as have had some disasters in the past and have had the same hairdresser for 13 years! Tracey was fantastic though so wasn't remotely worry. She took time to understand what I wanted (and help me decide), understand my hair and what I wanted to do with it frequently (in my case something that could look good down but be tied up easily). What inspired you to start your own business?
I have had my own business for over 20years. Firstly a mobile hairdressing business, studying for my makeup qualification while running this. I moves onto incorporating weddings hairstyling and make up too. I have continuously worked as a hair and makeup artist including weddings, special occasions,celebrities, tv and film.
