I stopped by Towne Flowers to pick up an arrangement for a friend. I was going only on recommendations online. Courtney was amazing and made up the arrangement in 20 minutes while I browsed the store. They had just moved to their new location, so they were limited on flowers that day, but I showed Courtney a picture that I had seen on her website, and she made up a lovely arrangement!! We had to order a corsage last minute and two other places turned me down. The lady on the phone told me she would work with me and would get it done same day thankfully. I’ve been looking a long time to find someone that lives up to my dad’s expectations of what a good florist is, and I’ve finally found it. I stopped in a week or so before Valentine’s Day after being referred by several people off of the fb group Ask Spring, I happened to overhear Courtney take an over the phone order, and I was blown away. Whoever was placing that order she knew by name, knew the kind of arrangement he wanted, knew the place he wanted them delivered, and the whole process was over and done with within 2 minutes. I was impressed, this is the customer service I had been searching for. I was even more impressed when I got a phone call with a heads up that the flowers were out for delivery, she remembered that I asked for a warning call. I always ask, usually people don’t follow through, but she did. I could not of been happier with the way the arrangements turned out, they were BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you again! I called in from Arizona for a dear friend of mine.Towns flowers under promised and over delivered. Courtney does it all and does it well. ...very well actually.My order including delivery was 70 bucks. So...you can go with Wal-Mart, or you can go with Towne flowers... However, if you want quality, it's a no brainer. Don't even bother with the other shops.As far as I'm concerned, there's is only one flower shop in Houston....and that's the one.Thanks again More...
