John was very helpful to deal with, providing a quote and booking the job in within a week when all other local tree surgeons were 'too busy'. They removed six leylandii trees, ground the stumps and built a new wooden fence in two days, removing all rubbish and leaving the garden immaculately tidy. . Sadly not... Having agreed an early start date due to Town & City being let down by other customers, I was contacted to say they were unable to start the job and moved the date to do the work.... Then 2 days later, I receive a text to say they can no longer do the job with no explanation. Disappointed doesn't begin to explain my experience with this company.
When I call to ask why, all of a sudden they don't have the equipment to do the job after being told that they could.... If you don't want to be messed around, get your garden and tree services elsewhere!

John and ‘team’ took down a VERY tall conifer tree from our small backyard (with many obstacles) having to remove it through the garage of the enclosed garden.
