If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I had zero crossfit experience when I started, but it didn't take long for me to feel right at home here. Everyone is so welcoming, understanding, and encouraging. All the coaches are experienced and knowledgable and each one offers something different to their students. Coming here is easily the best part of my day! Classes are challenging, fun, and rewarding. I also love that they offer 30, 45, and 60 minute classes. This is such a fun place to be a part of! The owners are genuinely caring, passionate about their sport, welcoming and quick to provide praise and give feedback. You'll find yourself quickly swept up into an all consuming hobby where you will want to eat, breathe, talk and sleep crossfit, along with a friendly group of fellow athletes who will do the same.
