I probably have the worst back ever and she worked the knots out. She was firm but not to the point of pain and I was so relaxed by the end of the session. I normally frequent a popular massage chain and she was by far better than them. She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. The room was set up so cute as well! I can't even begin to tell Connie how much I appreciate what she has done for me in terms of being able to walk around feeling almost pain free. I say almost because the pain that is left is internal, located with the actual surgery location. There has not been anything else that I have found that resovled the tightness in my lower back that would allow me to be able to get out if bed in less than 15 minutes, since going to Connie I am able to wake up and get out of bed, I still have to be mindful of how I get out but it has been night and day! I'm thankful everyday that I wake up and do not have to plan my exit from bed. I have not even touched on the numerous knots and deep tissue issues I have had resolved and the credit all goes to Connie! Thank you so very much, you are a Godsend! I have been going to Connie for massage therapy for five months now to help me with tension and knots that I develop in my neck and back from stress, poor posture and other chronic spinal issues.
I prefer a very deep tissue massage and Connie is able to deliver this. I have had few therapists who are able to work out my knots as well as she does.
She went the extra mile by providing me with information about ergonimics and by doing additional research on techniques that would help to address my specific issues. Since I have been seeing her, I do not have pain every day and my posture has improved dramatically. I would recommend her to anyone!

Working for over 25 years in corporate america knowing the need for regular massage and the results it brings to our daily lives
