23/10/2021 (15:00pm-18:00pm) - I can honestly say that in all the parties that I have taken my daughter to, I have never met anyone so rude, ill mannered, discourteous, unpleasant and disrespectful as the DJ (Katie) from 'Tots To Teens Mobile Discos'. The majority of the music that she played all throughout her slot was rave music, which I thought was very selfish and more for her own gratification than that of the children's pleasure! My daughter wanted a certain Halloween song to be played, so I said to her 'go ask the lady kindly and don't forget to use your manners' she came back and said that the DJ had ignored her so she walked off. Later in the afternoon I went to the DJ stand to ask her for my daughters request and she smirked at me and said 'that ain't happening' and then laughed, I could not believe what I had just witnessed as I have never in my whole life experienced anything like it. All I can say is Katie is a very disappointing asset to your company and I would certainly never recommend 'Tots To Teens Mobile Discos' for any children's party!! Highly recommend! We had a leaving party for our 6 year old daughter who is moving schools and the disco was amazing! All the children had a fab time and we didn't have to do anything! Games and prizes were all included so made it so much easier for us. She even helped us with the children at lunch time! Katie hosted my daughters 5th birthday party today after recommendations from friends and I was not at all disappointed !!
