We booked totally driven for Gatwick airport. Not only we enjoyed the first 15% discount. Their customer services are excellent. I was able to call them or text them to change time several times. They are professional, trustworthy and they provide very generous waiting time after landing. Although my flight was delayed I was contacted by the driver as soon as we arrived via text message. It is very easy to book and allows to add waiting minutes for free so it is hassle-free to schedule your taxi waiting for you on your arrival . I had an excellent experience with Taxi Driven. I had booked a taxi for an early morning transfer from my house to the London City airport. I have got a call from the driver that was waiting for me on-time. Used for the 1st time. Journey to Heathrow very pleasant with 3 kids and the Mrs. The driver was very pleasant and friendly. Helped to put the bags from our door into the car and very nice with kids. Well mannered.On return from Heathrow. We requested same driver but was surprised to find a different driver. We found the driver was polite to the face but and did not even help to take the luggage to the car (I appreciate its not his perogative to do so but he could have done it out of courtesy and it helps with customer relation especially when he can see I had 3 children and one was on a wheelchair.) when we arrived home he litteraly took out the bags and put it on the road behind the car ,not even on pavement?I would have given a higher score as the customer service and general price and quality of the cars were very good but the second driver's etiquette and manners have left a bad Impression on me and my family. There is nothing better than arriving from a 10+ hour flight and being greeted by a friendly face holding out your name, eager to take your luggage and escort you to a car where you can sit back and relax. This is my preferred transfer to and from airport - and when there is a group, splitting the cost is less expensive than taking the express train plus a taxi or transferring to the underground, all while dragging luggage! The drivers are always on time, if not early. They've had to wait as some flights are delayed but they are still pleasant. It costs £44 for 2 to take the Heathrow Express from the airport to Paddington Station. With around the same price, you could be chauffeured by Totally Driven to the doorstep of your hotel! This is by far the best taxi service I have ever used. Very cheap and the car they send was very nice. made the long trip smooth. The driver (Maruis) was very polite, hospital and informative about the trip.
They track your flight to make sure the car comes on time (if you are picked up from the airport).

I gathered a crew for my husbands birthday and made 3 bookings across the weekend, taking us to various places out of London, being dropped off and collected from festivals. The drivers were right on time and when I wasn't sure if the driver was on route (we were in the country without much reception) the 24hr phone line was really helpful, and the driver turned up bang on time. Good rates and I found it very reliable.
The first journey should have taken 1.5 hrs instead of 2.5hrs which is why the 4 stars and not 5.

The car was good, big enough and the driver helpful, my only complaint was the driver was late, I booked it for a set time as I know how long it takes me to get through an airport. Despite, getting warnings about extra charges if we were late, we were there on time, the company thought it knew better and scheduled the driver to be a certain time after the plane landed.I ended up making calls on my overseas phone when I landed to track down the cab. If I want 8.00 pm then it is my issue if things are late, we could have spent 30 minutes having a coffee instead of chasing around for the taxi. More...

i found this company whilst searching for airport taxis and found them to be the cheapest. i ordered an airport pickup via the website and prepaid. it was easy to do and confirmed immediately by email. the driver meets you at arrivals so no wandering around trying to find your cab. new customers also receive a 15% discount. communication with totally driven was good and they monitor flight for delays.
