I recently introduced Totality to one of my clients who was setting up a new office and sales operation. Totality provided laptops and tablets personalised for each employee, all the core IT systems including email and remote storage and implemented a Salesforce CRM system which they personalised to match my cients workflow and processes to make it simple and user friendly. My client was up against a very tight deadline and had left everything to the last minute, Totality went way beyond the call of duty to meet their deadline by working flat out not only during normal working hours but during evenings and weekends too.Despite the tight deadline (and Totality's unsocial working hours) Totality priced fairly and competively (compared to other companies) and did not take advantage of my client being in a tight situation.My client was thrilled and I wont hesitate to recommend Totality to other clients in the future.
