I went to Total Package with no idea of what I wanted to do for my daughters birthday party. They came up with some great ideas and we ended up going with a Pool Party idea. They found us a faboulous venue in Essex with an outdoor pool which my daughter and friends totally loved. They even came up with the great idea of sending mini beach balls out as Invitations. I am happy with how everything went, from the first meeting right through to the end of the event and beyond - they sent out Thank You cards to all of our guests on our behalf. Charlene, I wanted to say a massive thanks for the months of work you put into organising Populus’s summer party. It was an arduous task finding a venue that we liked, but your professionalism and patience was outstanding.
The party itself was a great success. The feedback we’ve received from staff was great. Drinks were constantly flowing, the food was amazing and the sweet table was a nice touch and got quite a few people excited (though maybe you should give chocolate a miss during the summer months!).
Total package will definitely be my first choice when planning our next event. Thanks again.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Most of my family own their own businesses, its in the blood! Also being a single parent it allows me to be a bit more available for my daughter, most importantly I am doing something that I love.
