I decided to go with TMT after doing some research and talking with several other tutoring companies - my sons grades had dropped after the online schooling during the pandemic and I felt TMT really understood our needs. So far, our experience has been fantastic. The level of teaching is outstanding and my son's grades have already improved (evident through the latest round of YR 11 mocks). Total maths tutoring have made extra learning for my daughter so easy.
She has additional needs which we are still learning about as we go and they have been super accomodating.
Her tutor Kirsten is amazing , funny relatable and patient.
She's become a fond member of our team and we couldn't imagine not seeing her.

Chose total maths tutoring on recommendations from other local parents. Supported A level daughter for 5 months from a doubtful D to a (hopeful) B. Gave her confidence, solutions, and exam techniques. Lessons all around what she needed to learn - explained questions she couldn't answer, worked through past papers. All done online (our choice). Totally understood needs and raised confidence of the student who has improved grade by at least two levels. Good communication at all times. Would totally recommend.

My initial conversation with Craig was positive as Craig took time to find out my daughter's needs and I felt that his maths teaching background was reassuring. We were sent a selection of tutors and chose to meet one of them for a zoom introduction. We are three weeks in with weekly zoom sessions and, the tutor is great, she makes sure that my daughter really understands the process by repetition and reframing the questions and writes a summary of how the session went afterwards. My granddaughter has only had a few lessons with her tutor, but already is finding the benefits. The 1 to 1 tuition has enabled her to find her confidence and helps her not feel uncomfortable asking for help or to repeat anything she hasn't quite understood. Craig and Frank were fantastic with my two boys. Our eldest was studying for his GCSE and our youngest towards his SAT’s. They really helped with the areas they where struggling in and helped to make things a lot clearer and easier to understand. Will definitely use again.
