Robin and his father changed our carpets in our new apartment when we first moved in. They removed and disposed of the old carpets and put in new underlay and very nice quality carpets. They were very polite and finished within a day providing excellent service. Total Floors have just finished laying a carpet in a loft bedroom and I am so pleased with how fabulous it looks. He also laid new flooring in our dining room and hall, it's an old house with challenging walls and odd nooks but it looks amazing. He delivered exactly as quoted in the timeframe agreed. Robin and his father helped us get rid of our old carpets and fitted new ones in. They also got vinyls in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They completely transformed our apartment, and they were really nice and helpful with everything throughout the entire process. Got 4 rooms, hallway, 2 bathrooms and kitchen done in less than a day. Rob offers a great service, he'll come to you with an array of carpet to suit your needs if it's a luxury deep pile or a more modest carpet to suit your budget. I got my whole house done in a mid range carpet that looks great and with underlay is perfect. He measures up and once you choose a carpet he gives a complete price not one that excludes stuff that you need like the big brand shops. The big bonus is you know you're not paying for a big shop or shouty adverts, sales people or admin staff. I live in London but own a property in Liverpool, I was looking for a company in Liverpool who I could rely on to supply & lay carpets & flooring. I first used Total Floors to some replace old bedroom carpets in Wirral, and have since had back for hallways and staircases. I've found the service to be much better than the traditional carpet shop:Rob can come to you at a convenient time, bringing hundreds of samples to you. Seeing the samples in the rooms where they are to go gives a much better idea than browsing through them in a shop.I'm also very happy with the prices agreed. Total floors can source a very wide range of carpets of varying qualities and prices. We've found the (fully fitted) prices to be significantly lower than the equivalent from both local and national carpet showrooms.Rob fit the carpet himself and is clearly a perfectionist when it comes to the finish.Very happy and would recommend highly.
