Founded in 2011 by Tina Davis.
I have always been in fitness since I was 13 years old.
Participated in Trifitness athletic competition to NPC figure on stage.
A few years ago I wanted to learn more about natural healing of the body and I got my license in naturopathic and GAPS(Gut and Psychology Syndrome). Helping others achieve optimal health from the inside out.

I have been a Y member for 25 years, and active... However, with age I needed a big push and a change from my normal routine. Tina has it down to a science. She makes me go above my comfort zone which is what I need. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of a change and excellent guidance. She is the living proof of what diet and exercise can do! Tina at Total Definition Fitness is amazing!! I look forward to my visits there every single week. Tina is very knowledgeable about the fitness side of it as well as the nutrition side. She will develop a plan that is just right for you and what you need. I have been a physically active person my whole life and have done various activities ranging from playing tennis, softball, basketball to running 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons and I have to say that working out with Tina has been one of the most rewarding and satisfying. Tina is a life changer-I was overworked, tired (medical intern year and residency). Tina really helped me get my nutrition and health back on track. Great workouts that target the problem areas. Tina gives you the right food plans to follow and great encouragement to keep pushing yourself. Every workout is different and gives variety through the course of the week. I always feel accomplished after I finish working out. I started going to Tina this month, Jan. 2019. I am doing the 6 week challenge. I must say I love it. The workout is hard but Tina and really everyone else is so encouraging. I workout with my daughter, son-in-law, and his mom and dad and that is a treat also. In just one week my waist dropped 2 inches. I am seeing such a difference and I feel GREAT. I suggest the challenge to everybody. She gives you a food plan and you really do eat. The first day I told Tina I was struggling to finish my lunch but once the fat started burning I was able to eat everything on the plan each week. :) Oh and TDF is for ALL ages. My daughter is 24 and I am 53. Tina designs your workout to fit your needs (and ailments) which is another thing I absolutely love. I have been working out at Total Definition and Fitness for a couple years now. Last January I decided to commit to my first transformation challenge for 3 months. I told Tina what my goals were and she helped me develop a nutritional plan as well as a workout regiment with her and some I could do on my own time to achieve those goals in that time frame. She pushed me everyday and I watched my body transform in just 3 months. I lost 25 pounds, dropped my body fat % significantly, and felt great. I saw the most abs I've ever seen! I came to Tina at Total Definition Fitness almost 4 years ago and it changed my life. I had never been in a gym before because I was intimidated about not knowing how to use machines, weights, had no kind of a program to follow and was nervous to be judged by people who knew what they were doing. Tina made me so comfortable getting started and was so thorough about explaining how to do each exercise. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere in the gym. Everyone was so encouraging and I never felt out of place or judged for not knowing how to do something. Not only does Total Definition offer training, Tina also has multiple degrees in nutrition and has helped me clean up my eating habits. I was 6 weeks post partum of my third child and wearing size 10 clothes when I started my fitness journey with Total Definition Fitness. Tina Davis asked what my goal was and I said I want to fit my wedding dress again which is a size 0/2! She told me that with 6 months with her I could accomplish it. That day was September 10th 2018. On February 4th, 2019 I fit again my wedding dress again!!!!!!!!! 5 months after! It is real!!!!!! If you need real results you NEED a professional!!!! Tina has been a tremendous help! She showed me how to eat right, good food not just salads! Meals that will fill me up and give me the energy I need! The workouts are fantastic, Tina is a great trainer, the gym is very well equipped and her clients are the nicest people, just like her, they will encourage me everytime I was struggling finishing a series of exercises, they are the best people, very supportive to each other. Also I want to add that the supplements Tina recommends are amazing, now I have a Spark drink in the morning instead of coffee and it has been great! The whey protein shake is delicious and helped me to control my appetite and the Catalyst supplement helps me to not feel sore after workouts which I feared because it had always happened to me and the Probiotics had help me to regulate my digestive system. Since February 2015, I have been a member of Total Definition Fitness ! I show up twice a week and rarely miss a session. If Tina has inspired that kind of discipline in me, she can inspire you ! Having a healthy lifestyle is very important. It can prevent illness, medical use and surgery.
Once you incorporate exercise, better eating habits, rest and other awesome lifestyle changes you will notice a big change from the inside out.

There is no secret. Everybody's body chemistry is different. You body will response best to what you can do.
But being consistent is the key!!

The change in my client lives. When a persons has confidence and personality is noticeable. I know they are in a happy place with themselves.
