Since joining Total Body Tune Up only 3 months ago, I have already noticed so many positive changes. When I first joined, I had no confidence and could barely do any exercise without getting tired, but since starting the semi-private groups with a friend, I’ve built up so much more strength, confidence and I am so pleased with the results I’m getting so far. The semi-private training is a great idea, it’s nice having the company of one or two others whilst you train but at the same time you’re given work outs that are personal to you in order to reach your goals. Rich and Caitlin are brilliant what they do, they always motivate you and are so easy to get along with, I always look forward to attending their sessions. She’s patient, understanding and does her research.
Having explained every medical issue, ache and pain, she constructed a programme that I actually enjoy and has encouraged me through it.

As the new year starts I can't wait to get back to training at Total Body Tuneup with Rich and the others form the first Biggest Loser Programme.
Doing the programme late November/ December completely changed my attitude towards getting fit. The varied approach of Rich's sessions keep you wondering what's next and as they're 'all body' exercises the affects are fast and progress quick. The difference between my first week and 6th week was amazing - I'd never have believed where I'd have got to if I'd been told on day 1!
If you are still unsure of whether to sign up to the next Biggest Loser Programme I can honestly say 'Go for it' you'll be really surprised! I feel healthier, fitter and more motivated than I ever have done before and it's completely down to this programme.
