I contacted Paul as I wanted to lose some weight for a holiday. I had never felt comfortable in a bikini as I thought i had too many wobbly bits so I was determined to do something about it. I contacted Paul four months before my holiday in the hope I could lose some weight. I never imagined I would feel this good before my holiday.
