I've just completed the Jan 2014 boot camp after recommendations from friends saying 'Do it! You won't regret it!' And the weren't wrong. I've lost 9 inches in total from thighs, hips, waist and chest and I'm 10lbs lighter. I've not been in such great shape for at least 10 years. Better still my energy and concentration is dramatically improved and I feel completely focused and 'on it' all day! I couldn't have achieved so much without the endless motivation and reinforcement from Lindsay and her team. More...

I've just completed the four week boot camp and it really was the best types of workout I've ever done! I've noticed a real difference in the way I look and feel and that's all thanks to Lindsay! I would recommend to anyone who wants to get fit or lose weight, you won't regret it! I have just finished the June Bootcamp and what a great 4 weeks it has been. Inches and lbs down and feel a lot fitter. Lindsay and the team kept us so motivated each session so thank you to you all. Each session was slightly different and some were even a lot different but they were all enjoyable and made me feel I'd worked hard after each one. It's given me the motivation to continue with the classes until the Sept Bootcamp starts so thank you once again to Lindsay and the team. More...

I have enjoyed exercising with TBF for a couple of years now. When I became pregnant last year Lindsay was careful to advise me right the way through my gentle pregnancy exercising so I could still join in, in moderation. Once Grace was born and I had the go ahead to start exercising again I joined her bootcamp to shed the baby weight. With the right dietary advice and by building up my exerise regime again carefully I am back to full fitness and feeling fabulous after just 4 months. I can't praise Lindsay's classes and boot camp highly enough. I have never particularly liked working out in a group, but Lindsay and her team are all so lovely and encouraging, I can't believe how much I enjoy it now! Lindsay really pushes you to achieve the best you physically can and makes you believe in yourself and that you can give more when you really think there's nothing left to give. I have done three boot camps now and been so pleased with my results each time - I feel so lucky to have found a form of exercise I genuinely enjoy and owe a million thank yous to Lindsay and her amazing team! Hi, I thought I was a generally healthy or should I say fit person - ran a Marathon in 2014, regular 5-10k runs and gym sessions but I noticed my body shape changing and started to recognise/link this to lazy eating habits and a wine habit I thought I could not do without!

A friend suggested your classes and so I decided to try your Bootcamp Month in September/October 2015. For the first 4 days or so, I was like a mad women - so angry with myself for committing myself to the clean eating and classes at a pressurised time at work. Everyone heard my woes yet 2 weeks in and I had broken habits and it was not doom and gloom, rather, I felt good, slept better and had already noticed a difference in my body shape! This continued into weeks 3 & 4 and my perception of fuelling my body changed! No crisps, white pasta, bread, sweets etc and I did not miss them! I can even sit with my children whilst they have McDs without joining in!

Now a stone lighter, measurements pleasing - inches lost - I love my attitude to food; the anticipation of having a little bit now and then is far more enjoyable and I continue to enjoy the challenge of your classes.

So, to anyone reading this and thinking should I give it a go - I would say a resounding YES!!!

I have just completed my 5th boot camp (possibly 6th). I have done them in all weathers and tried different ones but May by far my favourite one! I lost 5lbs, essentially that winter bulge and bloat. I am not a natural athlete and I'm getting on a bit but I absolutely love the challenge of both the exercise and the clean eating. Love the group and the comaraderie of the team and Lindsay is a brilliant motivator. So whilst weight loss not my main motivation I know lots on this last camp had brilliant results! I try very hard to keep to the eating plan and try to rock up to some classes from time to time but I will be back for another boot camp soon. Try it it's great fun and just 4 weeks prep for summer! Lindsay is incredible! This is my second Bootcamp (because I can't stay on track without Lindsay) and the results are brilliant. It's very hard work, particularly the clean eating (I found) but sooooo worth it. It's not only the physical benefits, but also how I feel mentally. I am not naturally sporty, so I have felt a huge sense of achievement at the increase in my fitness and the fact that Lindsay has shown me that I can do it (even running!) - not to mention the fact that I do have muscles under the inches that I've lost! There's good, there's very good, and there's the best - and TBF is simply the best in my opinion. The classes, the KSFL programs, the nutritional advice, the constant updating of protocols and research. ..it all adds up to a group with something for everyone. I've dramatically improved my eating habits after KSFL, even like green juices now, and have without doubt raised my fitness levels. Apart from anything else, Lindsey's classes maybe hard work but they're also FUN. Thoroughly recommended. More...

I’ve just completed the Total Body Fitness Fatloss Bootcamp and can truly say I was very impressed by the whole experience. Lindsay and her helpers were all amazing, pushing you to your limit without making you feel useless when you were struggling (which I was on several occasions). The “clean eating plan” was a real eye opener to me. It made me realize just how much I needed to change my eating habits for a healthier body. I didn’t go into this to lose weight, just get fitter and tone up but I actually lost quite a bit of weight. I will now continue with classes and eating better so I can carry on reaping the rewards of what this has started. I do have a tip for anyone not sporty before you start. Get proper running trainers that suit you gait! I learnt the hard way. :) More...

I recommend Lindsey's Bootcamp. I was a complete sugar junkie and couldn't stick to any diet longer than a day but I stuck rigidly to this one. Lindsey is so motivating and gives you loads of food ideas and tips and being part of a group really helps spur you on. I realised very quickly just how much rubbish I'd been putting into my body and now I've got this far, I'm determined I never want to go down that path again. It really has changed the way I look at food for me and my family. I feel so much fitter and toned as a result. I've never pushed myself so hard yet I've never felt so good as a result. I have been training with Lindsay Gillam for a number of years now. I have completed several bootcamps and have recently completed my 5th one. This was a particularly poignant bootcamp for me because I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 18 months ago. Having been through a very tough treatment 8 months ago my focus was on getting as fit and well as possible. I have lost 10lbs and 9.5 inches which I am delighted with. Although I am a relatively clean eater and regular exerciser I wanted to do a total detox as bad food habits had started to creep back in over the past few months. Proof that going back to the detox plan works every single time and being part of a group who have similar goals keeps you strong and motivated. Lindsay continues to have a massive influence on me. Her passion for both physical wellbeing and mindfulness have encouraged me to stay physically and emotionally strong and positive. I completed Lindsay's July bootcamp, Lindsay has motivated me both with exercise and healthy eating. Since completing the bootcamp which is less than a week, I have taken part in a 10km trail race and have been back on my road bike feeling much stronger. I can't thank Lindsay enough for all her encouragement. I thoroughly recommend Total Body Fitness and certainly Lindsay's bootcamps.

I have just completed the June boot camp and cannot recommend it highly enough. Lindsay and her team are amazing and so supportive. Over 4 weeks I lost 13lbs and 8 inches all over. If like me, you've never really enjoyed excercise - I now know its probably because of the person that was teaching you! I really cant recommend Lindsay's classes enough if you are thinking of getting started with any physical activity or are fed up with what your doing now. Lindsay has clearly been doing this for years and is such a professional. She always notices (without anyone else noticing), if you are struggling and shows a low impact option for you to try and build on from there. The classes are so varied with such a great mix of different styles and levels of activity that you will never bore of it. Music is up to date with the odd older tune thrown in which i love and makes the classes great fun. If you are thinking of starting any physical activity or are bored with your current one, then this is definately the place to go - FANTASTIC!!! :) More...

5* TRULY AMAZING! I've just completed the 4 week fat loss bootcamp and can't even put in to words how brilliant it has been. Lindsay is an incredible coach and you get so much more than a workout with the program. Health, wellbeing and fitness advice has been amazing and the workouts are...tough but SO worth it, you WILL get results and enjoy doing it! INDSAY HERE'S MY TESTIMONIAL. Steve Ward, Sanderstead I have found this boot camp amazing. What an incredible combination of nutritional advice and training. I've just completed the January bootcamp. It is by no means an easy ride but the results are SO worth it! I've lost 11 inches in total as well as getting down to my ideal weight of 10. 5 stone.

If you're looking to work towards that summer time beach body, just shrewd a few pounds of just build your fitness levels, Lindsey and her TBF team is definitely the place for you!
