Tosca and daughter is a friendly although expensive seamstress, but totally worth it. They adjusted my wedding dress, which was two sizes too big and had a complicated embellished tulle satin design. By the time they finished with the dress it fitted like a glove. Just perfect! I would highly recommend Tosca and daughter if you need alterations done to delicate and expensive clothing. More...
