Very professional team. We had had three other different companies strip and wax our VCT floors in previous years. They never cleaned properly and then waxed over stains and dust. That would leave dirt and stains trapped under the wax, so we changed companies every year hoping someone would do a better job. Torres Professional cleaning did an awesome job stripping the old wax and prepping the floors. They made sure it was really clean, including corners :-) (which had always been left dirty before). The previous companies always told us we had to strip and re-wax our floors every nine months, but high traffic areas were completely dull and stripped of wax before that. Mr. Torres explained that they were not using the proper wax, that with the product they use it would last up to 18 months. We will be using them again next year! Keep up the good work!
