The crew harassed my daughters and peeked in my windows as if they were scoping out what I had to steal . Found empty beer cans and drug bags around my yard and still have not completed job.

Knowing my concern for the eradication of mice in my attic he came out on a snowy day and still got the partitions installed in the attic. I had a water mark on my bedroom ceiling and received a referral from a neighbor for Toro Roofing. I called and they booked an appointment right away, they came as arranged fixed the problem and sent me pictures to show where the problem was.

We had only been in our very old house for 2 years when, during a storm, we looked up at the cathedral ceiling in the living room to see water dripping from one of the beams. Oh boy - this didn't show up in the home inspection. We set ourselves up for some bad news, expecting whoever we brought in to tell us we needed a major repair.We called in the folks from Toro. Jason showed up the next day, personally went onto the roof to check things out. Turns out that it was a very small issue: poor installation of some flashing around a dormer, compounded by a bad repair at some point which, instead of sending the water in the right direction, was sending water under the shingles, causing the leak - only an issue if the storm was coming from an unusual direction.Quick quote; simple fix; work completed within days of my call; and a small bill. Another company could have easily told me that I needed a major repair and I would have no idea that they were taking me for a ride. Clearly, you can trust the folks at Toro. I highly recommend them. Jason and Ronald were amazing! They were friendly and cooperative and did a great job. It looks great and no longer leaks! We had to coordinate their work with the company replacing our sliding doors to the balcony, in order to properly waterproof the area. The door company cancelled last minute and had to reschedule. Jason and his team were so understanding and agreed to come back when the door people came so that they could finish the job correctly. They didn’t charge us for the second visit. We had a leak in our roof that was less than two years old. The company that installed the roof would not return our calls. This was a unique job: a pro-grade, 200 pound basketball system that needed to be assembled and mounted up on garage roof. Team did an amazing job. Went above and beyond to get it done right. I contacted Toro Roofing using the "request for free estimate" option on their site. Jason from Toro Roofing contacted me within a few hours via email explaining their services and the minimum fee for service. A technician came on the agreed upon date, knocked on the door to advise me of his arrival, completed a general inspection, identify the cause of the leak, and fixed it immediately. Toro was recommended to me by another satisfied customer. I had a leak and some other issues on the roof. I called Jason, he was very polite and professional on the phone, he scheduled a visit for a quote and a quick repair for the same day, which was very important to stop the leak. I received a bunch for quotes from roofers to redo the roof which had been damaged by the wind storms last year.
Jason gave me the lowest quote while still using the same brand for the shingles others were offering.
He also was also very responsive to my emails around questions I had around about the project.
The project was started on the day as expected and completed in 2.5 days as Jason had informed me about.
He did a review of the work done himself and also provided me with all the paperwork which included the warranty information.
I am very impressed by Jason's work ethic and his professionalism, recommend Toro/Jason to anyone looking to get roof work done.
