Tori's Cakes opened in 2015 when I took the dive from making cakes for friends and family to becoming a business.

I trained as a Pastry chef and it's amazing how your life and career path take you, and I ended up moving out of the kitchens and into the management offices, where i stayed until I made the decision to walk away and set up my own business, Tori's Cakes was opened.

Would definitely recommend and give a 5 star rating. The Birthday cake you made for my sister was light full of flavour and the sugar work is exceptional. Will recommend and definitely use again. Thank you once again More...

I love the baking, my heart and passion goes into every single bake that I do. I am proud of my recipes and have spent a long time perfecting them for you to enjoy. When a customer collects/receives their cake the look of happy/wow/surprise on their face is the second best part of what I do.

Because I enjoy what I do , I wanted to be able to make and bake every single, so I decided to set out on my own to give the customer what they wanted, not what my boss thought they wanted.

On leaving school I trained to be a pastry chef and through progression I ended up in management (not what I was aiming for). So I took the big step of walking away and starting the business, I have never looked back and I learn something every day, so there is never a dull moment in what i do. When you love your job and truly enjoy, it is never a job and a true passion and I am lucky that I have this joy every day, and this joy is reflected in the cakes I produce because it is never a chore.
