Absolute con men, Dean macdonald should be ashamed of himself, spineless, two faced. Looking at reviews i seem to be lucky in that my bathroom was actually finished. However, job took twice as long. Left massive water damage to my living room ceiling due to a radiator pipe leak. Dean promised to fix this but we never heard from him after the money was paid. Still waiting on an invoice over 1 month later. Gave 2 different account numbers for payment which sounds dodgy aswell. I dont think a full days work was ever done on my bathroom. Anyone that has had dealings with Tops Bathrooms might like to know they are involved with G1 Property Maintenance Ltd. Anyone can check companies house, this company was only started in Nov 2018 and next door to the office of Tops Bathrooms, bit coincidental. ...I know! and Dean MacDonald's girlfriend answers the phone, obvs again purely coincidental again.....I know! Kenny and Dean MacDonald are absolute con men, DO NOT go near as others have said. I have reported to Trading Standards and the Police for fraud. Dean MacDonald took my money knowing full well he/his company wouldnt return to complete......disgusting, lying, thieving rats!!!! More...

Avoid like the plague, fitted bathroom in Oct 2018 still not finished. no reply to emails or calls
Had to get another company out to do the remedial work, left hole in my wall, bath not attached to the floor, missing part for the shower, meaning it leaked all over the floor, drawer under the sink leaking.
Reported to Trading Standards. Now their Facebook and Web site is down. Cowboys avoid....

I had booked in with Tops Bathroom back in November for a job to start in January. After paying my deposit in December I received very little contact from them, and my calls emails would often go unanswered.
At the start of January I then noticed that the Facebook page was taken down, but when it reactivated I noticed a lot of recent bad reviews and a lot of fake “good” reviews being left by staff or relations to staff.
On top of this, my friend (who was also booked in with Tops Bathrooms), was supposed to have work carried out at the start of December but was left waiting for them to show up; again having many emails and phone calls unanswered with an explanation. (They’re also STILL waiting for their deposit back).
At this point I then contacted Citizens Advice Bureaux who informed me that because Tops Bathroom had not provided me a contract cancellation procedure policy, that I was within my right to request for my full deposit to be returned to me without paying any fees or penalties etc.
After finally getting a hold of someone via my phone calls and emails, Tops Bathroom agreed to return this to me within 30 days from receipt of the acknowledgment letter. The 30th day has now passed (yesterday) and still no sign of my deposit. I didn’t want to leave this review but I have been left with no choice.
I’m now having to take further action to receive my deposit back. They were quick enough to take my money but apparently can’t hand it back. What an absolute joke!!

Initially fine when paying, however when toilet started leaking and radiator stopped working after a few weeks. No response, stopped answering phone calls, blocked number. AVOID

Went on holiday left my keys with David (who couldnt have been more helpful)
Came back to a total refurbished bathroom. WOW what a job . THANKS Topps Bathrooms.

In process off getting new bathroom fitted and I must admit Keith has done a fantastic job so far looks amazing can't wait to see it when it's finished and no doubt I will post when it's done , the workmanship this company give you is 100% this is 1 company I would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a new modern bathroom and daves not a bed lad either lol

Very pleased with the workmanship of Jim and the rest of the guys that worked on my bathroom.

So after two weeks I finally have a great shower room downstairs and an exceptional bathroom upstairs which was actually a spare room David ur ideas and knowledge helped me so much through the process Jim and Robert who worked tirelessly through the fit my thanks for an amazing job we are absolutely delighted and would recommend tops bathrooms to anyone I would give u ten stars if I could thank you

Went ahead and Jim and Lewis came out and were very meticulous in the detail and finish of the job. Wouldn't even know they had been in the house it was that clean.

Can't thank topps enough for our new bathroom. David was great from the start with his attention to detail and ideas to give us the bathroom we wanted in our new home.
Jim who installed the bathroom was great too. A friendly guy who works his socks off to get the job done to a high standard on time. Can't stress what a professional company this is. Even when issues arrise the guys make sure that things are taken care of and your property is left in the same state it was to begin with. Thanks again for our wonderful bathroom.
