Cleaning with a Cause is how I found them recommended by several neighbors here in Landfall when going through my cancer treatments. Lucy came to give me a quote and was very professional she even offered to watch my dog while I had surgery and didn’t charge for that! I met with Lucy to see what her company offered. She was very professional and took all the steps necessary to start a business the correct way. Her communication was timely and she discussed all aspects of what they offered with the cleaning service. She told me her company also carries insurance in the rare instance that an employee would get hurt on your property then they are covered, which in my opinion is great reassurance. More...

I’m impressed with everything starting with a nice website, they came to give me an estimate and Lucy was very sweet and professional. I have been a faithful customer for a few years now...once I discovered Top To Bottom, I've NEVER considered looking elsewhere for house cleaning. I've had them do light cleaning, deep cleaning and move out cleaning. Everything they've done for me has been top notch and they always find a way to exceed my expectations! Not only do they clean, but they reorganize and put away items in an orderly way. Just to give you an example of an unexpected service they provided me...we evacuated during Hurricane Florence to FL. Once it passed, Lucy reached out to see if we'd like them to go over, check to see if we had power, and what the level of damage was. Since we did have power restored, though we hadn't been able to get back, her cleaning team emptied our refrigerator/freezer and cleaned our entire house. Lucy and her team recently came to deep clean my home. She was very accommodating and fit me in the night prior after she received a cancellation. She communicated well and I appreciate her positive vibe. I did have a few areas I thought could have been done differently but I find that to be normal when someone cleans your space for the first time. I feel certain when I communicate my expectations and needs- Lucy will make sure they are thoroughly cleaned on her next visit. There were also areas I was shocked to see had been cleaned- awesome! I’ve been using Top to Bottom House Cleaning for three months now. This is the best thing I've done for my home in the 18 years I've lived in this house. I highly recommend having a deep cleaning done first, then sign up for a regular cleaning. You get a cleaning that is worth every penny. You are actually saving time by having a professional service. They can do in two hours what usually take four or five. Wonderful experience.
