Jason and his team are truly miracle workers. I had accidentally spilt paint on the inside interior door and it rolled underneath my passenger seat. Originally, I had taken it down to get my interior carpet replaced but I saw Top to Bottom detailing a few doors down. I spoke with Jason and he looked at it and told me he wanted to try something. His professionalism and kindness was completely unexpected and outstanding. He started to work on it and told me he can get it out. His team did a beautiful job in cleaning the paint off and detailing the inside and outside of my SUV. My SUV looks like a brand new vehicle ! After reading all the great reviews of Top 2 Bottom, my Wife said let’s give this company a chance. I called, talked with Jason and set up an appointment time for him to see my truck and give me a quote. Jason came across as very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We agreed to drop it off so he would have it for a full day. The paint on my truck had mild oxidation from being parked on the street for years, the black plastic had turned grey and the paint felt rough.The next afternoon we went back to pick it up, it looked like a new truck. The paint was smooth to the touch and polished to a nice shine. The plastic piece were black again and stood out against the polished white paint.The engine bay looked clean, definitely a huge improvement. The interior was clean and dust free.I was truly impressed, it looks and feels like a much newer truck. Jason and his team went above and beyond to offer superb customer service, answer questions, and provide solutions to everything I asked for. I brought in my Tesla Model S to get a ceramic coating, and they knocked it out of the park. The level of care they had with the vehicle was outstanding and they did a phenomenal job detailing and protecting my daily driver. HIGHLY recommend Top To Bottom Detailing. I came in bc of a horrible smell in my trunk from a gallon of milk spilling. Not only did they run the ozone machine to get the smell out but they guaranteed their work for after it dried. I didn't need to go back. I have a 2015 Honda Civic and since I got it I haven’t been able to maintain it clean since I have a one year old that likes to throw his snacks and bottle of milk everywhere. Personalized attention is what you will receive with Top to Bottom Detailing in Temecula, CA. They return calls and messages, and answers all questions. I was impressed with the knowledge they have with many types of cars. I wanted the seats removed and the tracks cleaned, and they were able to do this. Not many detailers will remove seats to clean. I also had the air filters changed (I advised everyone to change the air filters in their cars). My VW looks and smells new again. I brought my Nissan Sentra in to get a simple detail yesterday and I am so happy to say that I received WAY more than I was expecting for a detail. Usually, I would expect just a standard “clean up”, but the guys at Top to Bottom detailing took it to the next level! Both the interior and exterior of my car are spotless and shiny- I think this is the cleanest it has ever been! These guys did what I didn't think was possible. I gave them a 2004 4Runner with heavily oxidized paint, stained and dirty carpet and a generally dirty interior and they TRANSFORMED it to look nearly new! I didn't have high expectations - not based on the business, but based on how bad the vehicle looked. It took them almost 10 hours to do a job that was advertised as 4.5 hours, and they still charged me the same amount. Great work from an exceptional company. I called on a Friday morning expecting to have to wait a few days for an appointment. By 2 o'clock the same day Israel was at my home washing and detailing my vehicle. My Suburbans paint felt like sandpaper due to not having been Clayed for a few years. Also, with 2 toddlers, the back of my front seats were stained with shoe marks, among other things. Not only were the marks removed from the back seats, the whole inside of my vehicle looked factory new. Once completed my paint felt like glass to the touch. Once again my white paint shined just like it was from the factory. I was worried my paint had been permanently damaged by environmental toxins but Israel was able to remove them all.
