Initially I was happy to get such a quick response using barks the first time I've used this service. I took the day off so I could be at home for the repairman, who did not show up and did not even call. Even after I called them at around 3:30 in the afternoon and was told that he would be stopping by on his way home. I didn't hear anything. I called them in first thing this morning at 10 to 8 and no answer. So I called the next company on my list.Who came out in the morning, picked up the damaged whirlybird and called me with a quote. I gave them the go ahead. Then in the afternoon, I get a text message from Top to Bottom saying they were at my house and the work was complete.??? Okay, so still haven't heard back from the other company who are sourcing a whirlybird and matching shingles.
I get home, there's no new whirlybird installed! I can't go up there to see if anything was done! So they failed to communicate when they were coming to do the work since they didn't show up when they said they were going to. 2 they didn't do the job properly because the whirlybird didn't get replaced. 3 they didn't clean up any of the shingles in the backyard from when they blew off in the first place ( the other company thought that was strange)
So now the other company has to remove the shingles that Top to Bottom just put on in order to install a new whirlibird. More...

Booked a quote and received zero response from them after they came out. No response from messages but could see they received them. Made us meet at our home to let us know he didn’t need us there. Worst customer service. Thankful we dodged a bullet. More...

Had our house/eaves done with them last spring. The team did a great job and had the house done in one day. Decided to have them do our garage today and they once again did a great job. Would highly recommend them.

They did our roof a few years ago. Not happy with the work they did. Had to re hire another roofing company to take off all shingles and redo it the right way. Save yourself time and money and look at a different company. More...
