What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Engaging and though-out entertainment will make your event one to remember. Some folks like to watch the action and some like to watch the action so its important to have something for both.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Our focus is always on the guest experience. If we can help you stage a memorable events for your customers or clients, they not only will rave about it to their others friends and family but also ensure they carve out your next event in their calendar.
What do you love most about your job?
At Top Star, our goal is to stage moments worth sharing and making that happen can take many forms depending on the client or project. So my job is to make sure my team understands this so they can live it out with all of our clients. I'd say coaching and developing people is one of the things I love the most about my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been in the event and marketing space for over 10 years but in 2012 I decided to start my own business. My parents brought me to this great country when I was 8 years old and I saw them give up a chance on going after their dreams so that we (my sisters and I) could have a chance at going after ours. The American business dream is alive and well and I am inspired everyday to build a business my family and I can proud of.

One of our core values at Top Star is INTEGRITY. And we have our own definition for INTEGRITY which is: "to do what you say you're gonna do when you say you're gonna do it, and to communicate as soon as possible when you're unable to do so.
Operating with integrity is important to us and we believe if we do that with every client we have, it will build trust and credibility. This is why we pride ourselves in so much repeat business. We deliver what we say we're gonna deliver and our clients come back for more.
