I made a reservation with Rochestor Limousine for a party bus on April 23. The total for this reservation was $1500 plus tip ($300). The bus arrived on time. The driver was a man named Diontae. Within 10 minutes of our journey, it had become extremely hot in the bus. I tried adjusting the temperature using the temperature pad but it kept blowing hot air. I told Diontae what was going on. He made some suggestions but nothing he was saying worked. I had 3 other people in my party try, but nothing was working. It was an 80 degree day and the temperature inside the cabin read 87 degrees. I had two elderly people on board along with several children. The conditions were terrible. People were extremely uncomfortable and nauseous. Two people threw up (in bags) on the bus. When we arrived to our destination, I had told Diontae there was no way we could take this bus back home. The problem had to be fixed or the bus had to be replaced. I had texted Diontae during our time off the bus. He said the problem was fixed. We got on the bus and within 5 minutes, realized the problem was not fixed at all. As a matter of fact, it was HOTTER than it was driving down. The conditions were extremely uncomfortable and dangerous. I called Rochestor Limo the next day and spoke to Ronnie. He told me he would call me on the following day to discuss (this never happend). I contacted the bus driver Diontae. I then learned that the bus belonged to Top Notch Limo in Troy (Ronnie’s cousin). I called that office on Monday. Spoke to a young lady who told me someone from Top Notch Limo would be contacting me the next day. That also never happened. After contacting Top Notch again, they told me they would be sending me a check for a paltry $200–a far cry from the ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS I paid these jokers. I contacted Ronnie from Rochester Limo. He said “Didn’t my cousin give you $300?” No Ronnie, it was actually only $200. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement. I spent ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS on a miserable experience that made everyone sick. My family is in the restaurant business and I deal with the public every day. I am not one to complain. But both Rochester Limo and Top Notch Limo are worthy of a terrible review. Both companies communicate poorly and are certainly not worth taking a chance on. We used Top Notch last weekend for my best friend's wedding and it was incredible! They truly are the best in the business! !! I have them booked for my wedding at the end of July and can't wait for the bus to show up! Professional driver, red carpet, clean bus, lots of privacy, ice fully stocked, TV, sick sound system, you name it. They really know how to take care of their customers. My friends and I took this party bus to prom and expectations were exceeded. Firstly, scheduling was extremely easy because it was all set up over text and phone. They stayed in communication. Additionally our driver, Bonnie, was super nice and service was exceptional. While she had been unavoidably late from another job, (it was awesome they could squeeze us in) and ended up upgrading our vehicle and driving around a little extra. We couldn’t have been happier. I've had other party buses but top notch is really what they are top notch... I've had the best service and by far the best driver I've ever had. . if u go with this company ask for the driver I had his name is Frank.. Frank was at our pick up time 30 mins early he was polite and calm and showed me everything how to use to controls on the bus.. he was was directly on point where ever we needed him no question... best night u could ask for.. on top of this.... I would strongly tell everyone... DO NOT GO GO A-LIST LIMOUSINE.. I had a party of 30 ppl and 30 mins before our pick up time they called me and told me there bus isn't working and they are not picking us up.. I was very upset they sent uber drivers 6 cars to pick us up and told us they will have a limo from top notch pick up only half the party the rest have to find a way home... a-list did not refund me my money or help after the situation.. What can I say? This organization is AMAZING. I work at a local elementary school in Warren, MI. We were going to have to cancel our long standing field trip to ski at Pine Knob. I got in touch with Chris and he donated two large party busses to get 65, 5th graders to their field trip. He not only saved the 5th graders for this year, but potentially for years to come as well. The ultimate party bus experience from start to finish. They welcomed me with a red carpet to start off. Bus was very well maintained and actually very stlyish with it's interior layout. The driver was what I was extremely impressed with as his main goal was the satisfaction of his passengers. He checked up on us various times and made us top priority. This place has very strong family values and will cater to you no matter how needy you are/what situation you're in and give you an enjoyable party bus experience. Not only do they have VERY clean, fine leather seat buses but they have very kind drivers that allow for your own personalized song playlist to be played during the ride. Thank you Top Notch for providing our dental office with the best party bus and service out there!!! I called Top Notch a couple weeks prior to an office outing to a haunted house and they were able to quickly provide me with a party bus that would fit my staffs needs. We comfortably fit an office size of 20 people in their recommended bus. Our driver Terese was super sweet and even made sure to capture some group photos for us. I've been on 3 different Top Notch party buses, on 3 different occasions. Each time the experience was phenomenal. From the initial call to setup the pick up, to the event date i was overall well pleased with the entire experience. I specifically liked the call to confirm the pick up location a day prior to each event, as well as a text from the driver when they were on their way.
