So impressed with this company, easy to deal with (especially when we live in Australia) booking was easy as was the payment. Upon our arrival we were greeted by our driver holding a sign with our name be took our luggage and led us to a beautiful clean comfortable limo. Our drive to our hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. A few days later we used them again to take us to meet our cruise ship, again on time, courteous and immaculate presented driver and limo. Amazing service! Very punctual, and so friendly. Scott was great, gave us lots of tips on things to do and where to go and history while driving us to our hotel when we landed. When he picked us up to take us back to the airport asked about all that we did while visiting. Felt like we were getting a ride from a friend. And the price was exceptional! For a small amount more than a shuttle we had our own car and didn't have to cram in with others and didn't have multiple stops along the way. I think I paid $30 more than I would have for a shuttle. Well worth it!! We will be booking again from Top Limousine when we fly back to Honolulu for our vacation in the next year or so. Highly recommend. More...

We had the Chrysler limo and it was super clean! Could use your own music and it was an easy and comfortable 30 min drive. Our driver was Ern...something(?)....sorry...he had a really nice accent but I failed to hear his entire name. He was the ultimate in professionalism, arriving early, and calling us 3 minutes before the actual pick up time. Wow! I was sooo amazed! He was also a gentleman, opening the doors for the ladies and assisting with our stuff (we had a wedding to go to). At first I was a little worried because they had a rating that was less than amazing, but I worried for nothing because they provided us TOP NOTCH service! The inside of the limo was impeccably clean! Party lights, glasses, and water were provided! The ride was smooth to the venue and back! We got picked up from the wedding venue on time, and we got to enjoy a bottle of champagne that we brought. :) Their price can't be beat, because I've inquire from at least 6 other companies, and they had the best price! I’ve used many different transportation companies in Honolulu but Top Limousine Service earned my best rating because of their excellent service and reasonable rates. For the price not much more than a taxi but they picked my family of 4 from Daniel K Inouye airport in a beautiful stretched limo and transferred us to our hotel in Waikiki, then again from hotel to cruise pier for our island trip. They also picked us up from the Pier following week for the one day Oahu Island Tour and dropped us at the airport. Our driver was very friendly, fun and always on time for all pickups. We just returned from a family 12 day trip to Hawaii and used Top Limo 4 times while there for our airport shuttles. Scott was our driver and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was always on time and got us to where we needed to be in a timely manner too. Car was always clean and Scott took care of loading and unloading of our luggage. This limousine company could not have been any more helpful and we would use them again without a doubt. Our international flight from Australia was changed by more than 2 hours due to a flight delay. I was able to email them from the airport and they emailed back confirming new pick up details were still fine and I even called me from Hawaii to confirm before we left Australia. EXCEPTIONAL! We were so lucky to come across Steve and co. We initially had a booking with another company (Dang) who last minute cancelled and gave us hell. Fortunately we came across Top Limo who I called just before boarding our flight and were happy and flexible to take our last minute booking of 2 kids and 2 adults. Upon arrival to Honolulu, my bag was lost by the airline which meant we were delayed for an hour, Steve waited for us. After all the hassles & stresses, we were greeted by a happy face and an upgrade!! This is the most amazing limo service! Highly recommended! Scott was able to answer questions immediately from my yelp message. He was incredibly helpful, telling me all of my options. I told him I really wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his 30th birthday! He helped me get a great deal, I did try shopping around at first. Scott gave me a deal I could not resist! The $8 additional cost for each lei was well worth it!! The flowers smelled wonderful -and we wore them for a few days!!Brian was on standby as our flight was running late. We were able to text to check- in because I wanted to keep it all a surprise. I told my bf to get to Uber we had to use the tour exit.
