My husband replaced most of our windows, put in a new sliding door and in the process took out a chunk of the house stucco. Â Top leader came to our rescue in patching the areas of our house that needed re-stuccoing. Â What I love about this company is their prompt attention, communication, great work - not to mention the fairly decent price we paid.The guys were always here when they said they would be. Â They were also very patient as we had to wait for the city's approval after each step. Â When we had questions, Ron was always there to answer them (call, text or email). Top Leader Construction was recommended to me by my sister who couldn't say enough good things about her remodeling process. I had the pleasure of working with Ron on some remodeling projects for our house. I called their company and he was able to come out the next day. I had already been doing some research and he was the one that gave us a very competitive quote for our patio remodel. He also gave us an honest evaluation of possible additional work that needed to be done due to previous water damage. In the end, some additional work was added to the project and some weren't ...however Ron never pressured us or tried to upsell us. I really liked working with Ron because there was good communication between us (he sent us daily updates via picture message) and also he was able to finish the project on time and within budget.
