It was a great experience working with Grace and her team on the remodeling of our newly purchased house. Grace is very experienced and professional. She always listens and understands our needs. She gave great advice -- after months of moving into the newly modeled house, the value of the advice and the decisions made definitely show and are reflected in the convenience it brings to everyday life. Grace's end-to-end (from design to the final finish) service assures the timely completion of the project, even under today's uncertainty of supply chain. Grace pays great attention to details and always makes sure we are happy with the project at each step. She has an amazing carpenter team. Grace’s team did the washrooms for my place. Overall the process is not as smooth as she promised. Cons: 1. Project was contracted at a price including all materials however late Grace came to us and arguing that it is not enough to cover all materials and threaten us that we didn’t sign the contract so it is illegal. How does it even make sense since they got the deposit already. Apparently we trusted her too much and thought when we pay the deposit it is under contract. This is in the middle of the project and we have no choice but pay extra $2.5k to make sure they finish the job. 2. Grace bought the tub without even consulting our preference, and the funny thing is that they end up broke the tub and we have to order one ourselves again but then they broke the new one again…what a team… we have to buy a third one and finally it is installed properly. (On the positive note, they didn’t charge us for the tubs they broke…) 3. The lights they installed already has one not working, just one week. (Update: they came fixed it) 4. The whole experience is not great as she constantly tried to tell us we didn’t pay enough they were not making money while all the price come out from her… You don’t feel like a customer but more like a debtor working with Grace. Pros: I think overall the schedule was on time and the washrooms are working as expected so far. More...

Grace and her team gave me a great price that beated other contractors and did a quality work on my condo remodeling. Along the 1 month process they always listened and fulfilled the requests that I made. It was a great experience working with such a team that put their customers as first priority.
