Vanya is fantastic. Great to work with and can accommodate busy/changing schedules, which makes it much easier to stay on track with training (no excuses! ). Vanya is very thorough and knows how to get the results you want. I am training with her to get in shape for my wedding and told her I did not want to get bulky- just toned. She created workouts that are high intensity interval that helped me get leaner/toned. I've seen results already and it's been only a month. I wouldn't be able to push myself to do these workouts on my own- so it's really helpful to have her to help me and make sure I push myself to keep going. More...

I was looking for personal trainer to help my mom with exercises, to prevent further bone loss and reduce the risk of fractures, because of her osteoporosis. The hardest part about trying to get active is starting - how and where does one even start? I'm very thankful and happy that I found Vanya to help me with this. Vanya is awesome! I lost 16 lbs for over two months, improved my flexibility tremendously and got rid of my lower back pain. I would have definitely continued training with her.
